A Diploma Schedule

Orientation Seminar (July 14, 2025, 7:30-9:00 pm EST)

Student coaches must attend the Orientation Seminar on July 14, 2025. This orientation will cover all the expectations associated with the Concacaf A Diploma. The orientation seminar will be held using Google Meet Video Conferencing. 

Pre-Workshop Coach Introduction Task (Due August 15, 2025) 

Student coaches will complete and submit the following pre-course work:

  1. Full practice session plan on a theme of their choice,
  2. An unedited recording coaching the practice based on the session plan they submitted,
  3. A self-assessment of their execution of the practice session, and
  4. A copy of their Game & Training Model.
Phase 1: Online Synchronous Session Dates (2025)
  • August 18th
  • September 15th
  • October 20th
  • November 17th

Note 1: All sessions run on Mondays 1930 – 2130 (EST)
Note 2: Times may change due to guest speaker availability.

Phase 2: In-Person (Vaughn, Ontario, December 7-12, 2025)

All sessions will be held at the Zanchin Automotive Soccer Centre.

  • December 7:     1800-2100 EST
  • December 8:     0830-2000 EST
  • December 9:     0830-2000 EST
  • December 10:   0830-2000 EST
  • December 11:   0830-2000 EST
  • December 12:   0830-1800 EST

Note 1: Student Coaches must arrange their travel, accommodations, and meals. This includes covering all associate costs.
Note 2: Student Coaches must attend ALL sessions. Ensure travel arrangements provide sufficient time for 100% attendance. 

Phase 3: Online Synchronous Session Dates (2026)
  • January 12, 26
  • February 9, 23

Note 1: All sessions run on Mondays 1930 – 2130 (EST)
Note 2: Times may change due to guest speaker availability.

Phase 4: In-Person (Vancouver, British Columbia, March 8-13, 2026, or March 15-20, 2026)

The exact dates for Phase 4 will be confirmed at Orientation. Specific details for the week will be released prior to Phase 2 in August. The format will be like Phase 2.

Note 4: Student Coaches must attend ALL sessions. Ensure travel arrangements provide sufficient time for 100% attendance.

Phase 5: Online Synchronous Session Dates (2026)
  • April 13
  • May 11
  • June 15 (Capping Project Presentations)

Note 1: All sessions run on Mondays 1930 – 2130 (EST)
Note 2: Times may change due to guest speaker availability.
Note 3: Capping Project times will be between 1730-2130 (EST)

The course will be completed by July 3, 2026, and results returned to coaches no later than August 31, 2026.
